Combine 1/2 oz Vodka, 3 oz Tabasco souce, 3 oz Tomato juice, 1 oz Lemon juice, 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce, Pepper & Salt to taste. Shake with ice and strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. A wedge of lime may be added.
